Who we are

IRLanded is operated by Rora Labs Ltd (trading as RoraLabs), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17174536, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, England. ICO registration ZC152425. Contact: [email protected]. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • Account data — email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication service). Basis: contract.
  • Candidate profile — name, location, phone, work-authorisation information, skills and experience, your CV, and your video introduction. Basis: your consent, which you give when you create your profile and can withdraw at any time.
  • Technical data — IP address and request logs, used to run and secure the service. Basis: legitimate interests.

How we use it

To create your profile, to let employers and recruiters you apply to (or whose vacancies you respond to) view it, to help you find work in Ireland, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data. Decisions about hiring are made by people: our CV tools extract fields to pre-fill your profile and do not make decisions about you.

Who receives your data

  • Employers and recruiters you apply to, or who are given access to profiles through the service.
  • Hosting and storage — our self-hosted Supabase database and storage on RoraLabs-operated infrastructure.
  • Video — Cloudflare Stream hosts and delivers your video introduction.
  • CV parsing — an AI model extracts fields from your CV. Depending on how the service is configured, this runs on RoraLabs-operated infrastructure or through OpenRouter (US) using a Mistral model. Only the CV text is sent.
  • Cloudflare — network delivery and security.

International transfers

Some providers above may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

Retention

We keep your profile, CV and video while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, then delete them. You can delete your profile at any time by emailing us. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier processing). Email [email protected]; we respond within one month. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
