These terms govern your use of IRLanded, operated by Rora Labs Ltd (trading as RoraLabs), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17174536, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, England. ICO registration ZC152425. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

IRLanded lets candidates create a profile with a CV and video introduction so employers and recruiters can find them, and provides general information about working in Ireland. We do not guarantee any job, interview or outcome. The information provided is general only and is not legal, financial or immigration advice.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials secure and give accurate information. You confirm you have the right to share your CV, video and other content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful material. You keep ownership; you give us permission to host, process and show it to employers and recruiters as described in the Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, scrape profiles, or upload malicious or unlawful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Employers and recruiters

Employers are responsible for their own compliance with employment, equality and data protection law when they use candidate information obtained through the service.

Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales; consumers keep any mandatory rights in their country of residence.
